Note: You’re welcome & encouraged to wear a mask for your massage.

Since many of us are immunocompromised, high-risk, or vulnerable to illnesses, I’m continuing to be extra-cautious. My goal is to keep everybody as safe as possible.

Please review my covid policies, to make sure you are comfortable with them, before we schedule your massage.

See covid protocols here

And I’m still going to be wearing a KN95 mask during your massage. Thank you for your understanding!

What services do I offer?

My practice offers therapeutic massage for relaxation, pain relief, and help for clients who have anxiety or stress. I also specialize in Oncology Massage for clients who are looking for help with the side effects of cancer treatment.

Virginia Beach Office Location:

I’m in Colonial Corporate Center, a small office park at the light where Newtown Road meets Diamond Springs.

Note: My office is on the second floor. Unfortunately, we don’t have an elevator. However, there is a broad staircase with sturdy handrails on both sides, and a wide landing. (I’ll meet you downstairs in the lobby, and we can take the stairs at a slow pace if that helps.)

Some Scheduling Policies:

If you need to change your appointment time, kindly call or text ASAP. The online scheduling will allow you to change your appointment until 12 hours prior.

Clock with text, Your 60 minute massage means 60 minutes! None of that silly 50 minute hour stuff here.

No-Call/No-Show clients will be required to provide a credit card in order to reserve any future appointments. A no-show fee may also apply.

Cancellations: I know that emergencies do come up, and I want to be flexible as possible. However, a fee may apply if there is a pattern of cancelled appointments.

If you or someone in your household are feeling symptoms of COVID, flu, or other bugs — or have potentially been exposed — please contact me to reschedule!

Returned check policy: NSF checks will incur a $50 fee.

Minor clients: If a client is under the age of 18, I have a parental permission form to be signed. Also, if a client is under the age of 16, I require that a parent be present in the office during the massage appointment.

Care of Children: Please make arrangements for childcare during your appointment. Unfortunately, I’m not able to provide childcare.

And if you have any other questions,

Feel free to call my voicemail or text; I don’t have a receptionist, so please leave a message. Because of being bombed with roughly 12-gazillion robocalls this year, I’m unable to return calls that don’t leave a message 🙂

Or check out my FAQs here; alternatively, fill out this contact form. No commercial solicitations, please.

Thank you! Look forward to helping you feel better.
