I specialize in helping people who have neck or back pain, headaches, stress & tension… and especially those who have side effects from cancer treatment.
Please note: My practice is temporarily closed due to COVID19. I will be reopening (at a new location in Virginia Beach) in July 2021. Please contact me if you have any questions.

You’ll feel calm, de-stressed, and soothed after this treatment! Take time to relax and treat yourself.
This is your best choice if you’ve never had a massage before, or if you just want to relax. Click here to read more about the benefits of Swedish massage.
Skilled massage therapy can help with pain, nausea, anxiety, depression, and fatigue.
I’ve taken advanced training about working with clients who are in cancer treatment, or have a history of cancer.
This special training means that there are many ways we can adapt your session so that you can receive a massage. Everyone’s situation is different, but you may be able to use massage therapy to help you deal with the side effects & emotional stress of cancer.
Also, just to let you know, I’m a melanoma survivor. I’m not claiming to know exactly how you feel, but I can understand some of the effects this has on your life.
And I want people who are dealing with cancer to know that massage therapy can still be an option for you.
There are adjustments that we need to make (such as technique and pressure), and there are some additional questions to discuss about your health.
Because of those adjustments, Oncology Massage is safe and beneficial. It can help you feel better during your season of treatment, and after. Studies suggest that massage can help you with pain, nausea, anxiety, fatigue, and depression… which are some of the most commonly-reported side effects that oncology patients experience.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massages are really popular at luxury resort spas, but you can enjoy the same treatment right here.
Also, if you find that using heat is helpful to soothe your sore aching muscles, you would like hot stones.
It’s similar to a Swedish massage, but the pressure from the stones can be deeply therapeutic or gentle…whatever is best for you.
60 minute Hot Stone Massage
Hawaiian Sacred Lomi
Here is your chance to explore the traditional massage of the Hawaiian Islands!
If you are looking for profound relaxation, you should try LomiLomi. Some clients have said it helps them sleep better.
Also, this unique massage features a special mix of world music (Israel Kamakawiwo’ole, Keali’i Reichel, & others).
There are different styles of LomiLomi, and what I offer is the Temple Style. To learn more about it, click here.
60 minute Sacred Lomi
Expectant moms deserve some time to relax! In most cases, pregnancy massage is safe, as long as you are not having complications. Please let me know if you or your doctor have concerns.
In addition, I’ve taken classes to learn how to adapt my technique for expectant moms. And we will use a special bolster pillow to improve Mom’s comfort.
60 minute Prenatal (Pregnancy) Massage
My clients deserve safe products to be used on their skin, so I switched to organic essential oils.
Enjoy the emotional benefits of the wonderful scents, and it’s possible that the oils may have health benefits too.
Custom aromatherapy oil blends are available if you request them in advance. Also, I can research the best combination of essential oils and formulate a blend personalized just for you!
Note: essential oils, other than lavender or tea tree, are diluted in a carrier oil before I will apply them to a client.
And essential oils should not be used in place of a doctor’s care or necessary medical treatment. Besides, I won’t claim that they cure or prevent any condition or disease.
60 minute Aromatherapy Massage
A step beyond your usual foot massage! Reflexology is based on acupressure points that are found on your feet, ears, and hands. And it’s a relaxing therapy that can benefit your entire body.
Great for people who are on their feet all day at work, also!
